Creative Director: Steve Hemmings
Steve heads up the Creative Team at One Result and is responsible for all creative output from the company. Cutting his teeth with the leading Birmingham based agencies, Steve brings in-depth knowledge and creativity to the team, executing solid leadership and drive. With over 15 years commercial experience Steve has an impressive eye for detail and produces exceptional websites, brands and collateral.

Chief Operating Officer: Ian Munday
Ian is responsible for the day-to-day running of One Result.
He has a decade of experience in the web software industry and a strong technical background. He has predominantly worked with open source tools and been the technical lead of numerous software projects, including in the areas of risk management, customer prospecting, e-commerce and document management.
When not running the business, he still likes to get his hands dirty and delve into the world of code and databases.
Ian earned a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield.
